Was wird die Zukunft bringen? Schon jetzt lassen sich Veränderungen nicht mehr verleugnen. Das Leben in der Stadt ist hektisch geworden und das nicht nur wegen der vielen Touristen. Der Druck, Geld zum überleben zu verdienen, ist nicht zu übersehen. In der Casa de la Musica hat man das Gefühl, man befindet sich in einem großen Bordell mit Auswahl auf mehrere Dutzend Mädchen in Standardkleidung. Hochhakige Plateausohlenschuhe, eng anliegende Minikleidchen die knapp unter dem Po enden und aufdringliches Makeup, das sich eine normale Kubanerin gar nicht leisten kann. Videoclips und Musik aus überdimensionierten Lautsprechern in schmerzhafter Lautstärke. Das ist die Casa de la Musica !
Wir wohnen im Hotel Parque Central gleich neben dem Capitol, daß derzeit wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen ist. Auch diesmal fahren wir mit einer Kutsche hinaus zum Hotel Nacional de Cuba und genießen einen Mojito sowie den schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Malecon. Bei einem Spaziergang fasziniert uns eine Gauklertruppe, die wir einige Gassen weit begleiten. Im El Meson de la Flota lassen wir uns von der Flamenco-Show verzaubern und am Plaza Vieja fahren wir mit dem Lift hoch zur Plattform mit der herrlichen Aussicht über Havanna und der Camera Obscura. Ein Muss ist für uns ein Besuch der Bar Floridita, wo wir von Musik begleitet, einen Daiquiri trinken. Nach einer Fahrt mit einem Coco-Taxi über den Malecon, lassen wir den Tag im Cafe Paris bei schöner Musik, ausklingen. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What will the future bring? Already, changes can no longer be denied. Life in the city has become hectic and not just because of the many tourists. The pressure to earn money to survive, is not to be overlooked. At the Casa de la Musica, one has the feeling that one is in a large brothel with selection on several dozen girls in standard clothing. High Heels, tight-fitting mini dress that just end up under the butt and intrusive makeup, the normal Cuban can not afford. Video clips and music from oversized speakers in painful volume. This is the Casa de la Musica! We live in the Hotel Parque Central next to the Capitol that is currently closed due to renovations. This time we take a carriage ride out to the Hotel Nacional de Cuba and enjoy a mojito and the beautiful view of the sea and the Malecon. During a walk fascinates us a group of entertainers that we accompany some lanes wide. In El Meson de la Flota we let ourselves be be charmed by the flamenco show and the Plaza Vieja, we take the lift up to the platform with the splendid views of Havana and the Camera Obscura. A must is a visit to the Floridita bar for us. Accompanied by music, we drink daiquiri and enjoy the atmosphere. After a drive with a coco-taxi on the Malecon, we let the day at Cafe Paris end with beautiful music.
