The use of this website and the resulting acceptance of the GTC and Terms of Use constitutes a legally binding contractual relationship between you and the operator of FREI-ZEIT.COM, HANS LOHR. The LEGAL INFORMATION, TERMS OF USE and the applicable laws published here represent the complete contract between you and HANS LOHR.
1) FREI-ZEIT.COM is an internet platform for the presentation of purely private texts, pictures and films.

3) HANS LOHR is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the platform users or third parties.

5) All rights to the published texts, photos and videos are either held by HANS LOHR or the persons named in the text of the article.

This does not affect the right to print out content, as long as this is done without digital intermediate storage and serves exclusively private purposes.
10) Any attempt by whomsoever to damage, render useless or alter the FREI-ZEIT.COM website constitutes a violation of civil and criminal law and will be prosecuted by HANS LOHR to the fullest extent of the law.
11) Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
12) This agreement is subject to the law of the Republic of Austria.
13) Place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
